IN LEARNING DISABILITIES and SPECIAL EDUCATION: PLD/SE
| Professionals in Learning Disabilities
and Special Education (PLD/SE) is an
organization of teachers and related professionals who work with
individuals with learning disabilities. PLD/SE offers continuing
education seminars to keep members current on assessment,
instruction, and policy issues in the fields of learning
disabilities and special education.
PLD/SE also provides an
educational therapy service for children and adolescents
with learning disabilities.
PLD/SE has served the learning disabilities
community in Chicago and the North Shore area for over 35 years.
